vignette / what’s a poem?
well, it could be,–– a poem is
someone’s point of view
which sidesteps the singular,
and always lurking protagonist
or altogether omits its presence,
then placing other findings
in a column of sorts,
narrow at the beam
or wide at the beam
it doesn't matter, but also
not necessarily one width or the other.
now, when in recital, a poem is
someone’s point of view
that sidesteps the singular,
and always lurking protagonist,
or altogether omits its presence,
and so on, (or so forth) but out loud.
